If you are not a Hilton employee but are good friends with one, you can enjoy their Hilton Friends and Family program. This program allows approved members to enjoy up to a 30% discount per night at hotels worldwide. You need to follow these steps:
First, log in to the Go Hilton website and add friends and family to your new account.
Then, these users should make F&F reservations through their own accounts.
Next, friends and family can use their accounts to log in to the Go Hilton website.
Please note that the Friends and Family rate is limited to most of 70 nights per year. and the designated EXTRA rate nights do not count towards this limit. 1. Number of rooms/nights per stay/nights allocated per year for Hilton Friends and Family
Hilton Friends and Family can book up to 2 family and discount rooms at a time. You must use your account to book.
“Extra” Team member and “Extra” Family and Friends rates will be combined with “regular” team member and family and friends rates and processed by the most number of rooms per stay.
Book and/or use up to 70 room nights per year at Family and friends rates, counted as 1 room night per room. Approved Family and Friends room nights will count towards the total of 70 family and friends room nights.
“Extra” Group Member rates and “Extra” Family and friends rates do not count towards the annual Room night allocation.
2. Number of rooms/nights per stay/nights allocated per year for group members
For each stay, eligible team members can book up to 2 Team Member Rate rooms and 2 Family and Friends Rate rooms in their name and Hilton Honors number. for a total of up to 4 rooms.
Plan users may not book rooms at different hotels for themselves on the same check-in date, regardless of the booking price.
Eligible group members can book up to seven consecutive nights at the group member rate. or up to seven consecutive nights at the Family and Friends rate. Each eligible team member may book and/or use up to 30 room nights per year at the team member rate, counted as 1 room night per room.
3. Hilton Honors Points, Stay Points, and Hotel benefits
According to the Hilton Honors terms and conditions. guests staying at Hilton properties using Team Member and Family & Friends rates are eligible to earn Hilton Honors points on room rates and incidentals. These stays also count towards the stay requirements for achieving the next membership tier.
Hilton Honors members are entitled to all standard Hilton Honors hotel benefits when booking with Hilton Honors rates. These benefits include potential room upgrades at check-in. depending on membership level and hotel availability.
4. Hilton Honors will be relocated and restored
Sometimes, hotels may face overbooking situations. In such cases, all Go Hilton Team Member and Family & Friends rate reservations should be treated with the same respect as any other Hilton Honors member bookings. The Hilton Honors relocation and recovery policy applies to both Team Member and Family & Friends reservations. as well as any other type of booking in the event of overbooking. Guests should be relocated to another nearby hotel within a reasonable distance based on their membership status and receive all standard Hilton Honors walk benefits.
