Cancellation Policy: 11:59 pm hotel time, 1 day before arrival. Or pay a 1-night fee.
To access these exclusive rates, one must obtain a discount code from a Hyatt employee.
The discount code is “FRIEND”
This code can then be applied when searching for a location and dates on the Hyatt website, providing access to discounted rates if available. It’s a fantastic perk that allows employees to share the benefits of a Hyatt stay with their close ones.

·The rate is available to family members and friends of Hyatt associates only for personal travel only.
·The rate is available to Hyatt associates for personal travel only.
·This rate is eligible to earn Hyatt points or miles.
How to book a room with a Hyatt FRIEND Code
1. The booking process is very easy. You’ll just need to use the Hyatt “FRIEND” Code in Special offer code when booking the employee rate direct on Hyatt Website.
2. Go to Hyatt website
3. Enter the location you are traveling to and the travel dates
4. Click on the Special Rates Drop Down
6. Click the “Click on the “Special offer code”” button and enter “FRIEND” in the “Enter Code” box
7. Enter the destination and dates you want to travel then hit “Find Hotels”
Important Notice:
·We will register your name in the Hyatt internal system in 1-2 days.
·There will be no form. We will send you further detail information you need to provide when checking in with the front desk.
·We need your first name and last name to fill in the system.
·Don’t make complaints to the hotel.
·Only use it by yourself(Same as the name on the form)
·You must present a photo ID AND provide some information at check in.
·The hotel you are going to stay reserves the final interpretation to the use of FRIEND discount.
·No refund once your name is registered in the Hyatt system.
·Not All hotels have FRIEND Rate
·You can only book one room when using FRIEND. Multiple nights is ok.
